SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Your orders will be dispatched within 1 business day via airmail and standard delivery times are:
1 – 4 business days to USA (Free Shipping from L.A, California / Free Express Shipping on orders over 6 items)
10 – 20 business days to Oceania / Canada / Europe / Asia ($7 postage per item / $16 per pack Item)
15 – 25 business days to Eastern Europe / South America ($7 postage per item / $16 per pack Item)

Note for International Customers:
* We will use Express Shipping on orders over 7 items. (6 to 15 Business Days)
* If you order from Russia, the estimated delivery time is 2 months. (The U.S --> S.Korea --> Russia)

(*weekends and holidays are not included in business day)


RETURN / EXCHANGE

If for any reason you are not satisfied with Croota products, we will give you either a refund or an exchange, as long as you follow these simple guidelines.

  • You may return items that are unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
  • You must write your email address and request inside return.
  • Items are thoroughly inspected before returns are processed.
  • We will process your return/exchange within 3 days from the day the item is received at our warehouse.
  • Once the return/exchange is processed, we will notify you via email.
  • You are responsible for return shipping fees. If you have opted for an exchange, you are responsible for the shipping fees ($4.50USD) on the exchange order.  If buyer requests an exchange or replacement in which we (Croota) can not provide we will issue a full refund the item(s).
  • We do not charge a restocking fee, but if buyer prefers a refund, a $4.50USD shipment fee for initial shipment will be deducted from refund account.
  • Please send back the returns by secure courier company, we will not be responsible for any lost/custom issue that occur in the return shipment.
